Product Description

Refreshingly cool infusion with a minty undertone. Assists with the discomfort and symptoms associated with allergy season. Consider taking before you begin noticing symptoms, along with freeze-dried Nettle Capsules. Sweeten with local honey.

Prepare as an infusion, using 1 tsp. of herb mixture per 1 cup of hot water, steeping for 10 minutes. Strain. Drink 3-4 cups daily.

Prepare as a vapor treatment, using 4 tbls. of herb mixture per 1 quart of boiling water. Breath in vapors for 3 to 5 minutes.
