Directions: Adults & children 12 years of age & older: 1 tablespoon before meals & at bedtime. For daytime fatigue and stress, continue use until tonic effect occurs, usually after two weeks.Children under 12: Consult a doctor.

If fatigue or drowsiness persists or continues to recur, or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 2 weeks, consult a doctor.
