FOR EVERY AILMENT AND DISEASE, THE EARTH GIVES US AN HERB TO CURE IT
HERNIA REMEDY TEA (ORGANIC)

Product Description
Hernias often result from heavy lifting or straining or because the tissue or muscle at the lower end of the abdominal cavity is either congenitally weak or becomes weak and loosens, leaving an opening through which a loop of the intestines protrudes. The pain can become quite severe. Chronic constipation can exacerbate inguinal hernias, since the straining will create extra pressure.
To treat a hernia, apply clay packs to the affected area twice daily. Any clay will do, but my preference for medicinal purposes is green volcanic clay. Mix the clay with enough water to form a paste and apply it directly to the hernia. Cover with a cotton cloth and hold in place with a bandage. Do this for at least an hour a day or longer.
If you suffer from a hernia, avoid all lifting and straining. Take care to avoid constipation. Drink plenty of water and herb teas that are astringent and healing. Be sure to consult your physician to determine the severity of the condition.
