Order by Mail: Please write your order clearly and provide your name, address and a day time phone number. We will accept payment with Check or Money Order (US funds only). Make checks payable to, and mail to : The Old World Herbalist, P.O.Box 791, Valley Springs, CA 95252. Personal Checks require two weeks for bank clearance. Returned checks will incur a $25.00 service charge. We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover credit and debit cards (PayPal). We will need your credit card number, name as written on card, expiration date, *security code, address where you receive your bill and signature to process credit card orders. *The security code is the last 3 digits stamped on the back of your credit card.

Order Online: We accept online orders anytime.

Sales Tax: Sales tax is applicable to California residents ordering nonfood items.

Shipping: Most orders ship within 24 hours, excluding weekends. We will contact you if your order cannot be shipped within 7 days. Please provide your phone number & email.

Shipping and Handling Charges: Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. We charge shipping based upon the $ amount of the order. Most shipments are sent by ground services and require a street address for delivery of your order. Air services are available at actual cost.

Returns and Claims: You may return unopened, saleable merchandise within 15 days. You are responsible for postage and handling on returns. All claims for damages must be made within 5 days after receipt of merchandise. Please keep box and all packaging material for shipper inspection and return.

Packaging: We use minimal packaging and recycled shipping material.
